RHD Services, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Robert H. Davis as a plumbing and mechanical contracting businesses engaged in the design and installation of plumbing and mechanical systems. Since 1990, our focus has been on Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) including underground utility designating/locating.
